Overview:
This 12-page financial report was designed for a fictional building corporation as part of an industry-style brief. The challenge was to balance data clarity with a refined, architectural aesthetic using strict layout constraints and limited colour.

Creative Approach:
I created a custom grid system and applied structured paragraph styles using one typeface throughout. Inspired by modern urban architecture, I used framed image slices and transparency to echo glass façades. Key elements included:

– 2 spot colour limit
– Duotone director portraits
– 3 data tables, 2 pie charts, and detailed financial spreads
– Master pages and tabs for precise alignment

Outcome:
The final product was a polished, saddle-stitched report submitted in both digital and print form. It demonstrates my ability to communicate dense information with clean, cohesive design, combining structure, restraint, and modern corporate tone.
